BUC vision is to Peace building in human mind through development.
MISSION.
To Improved living standard of disadvantaged, marginalized and poorest community peoples, specially focused women and children in their own social and economic development by increasing in access to education, meaningful participation in decision making process of their development, health service and institutional of organization for development.
- To strengthen organization development and institutional capacity building.
GOAL
- Increase in literacy rate of disadvantaged, marginalized, and poorest community people specially focused women and children by providing quality education and access to the education,
- Create healthy society of disadvantaged, marginalized, and poorest community people specially focused women and children providing health facility and delivering quality services of health education,
- Improve economic status of disadvantaged, marginalized, and poorest community people specially focused women and children by making access to eco-opportunities, decision making process on their development,
- Create a pure environment in society of through promotion and conservation of cultural practices and heritage, and
- Institutionalize systems of the organization through policies application, resource mobilization, human resources development and infrastructure development.
OBJECTIVES
- To increase literacy awareness to meet UNESCO’s universal goal of education for all and quality education;
- To reduce child labour and protect children from vulnerability, increase access of children in education for quality education;
- To improve the living standards of poor and marginalized community peoples by the utilization of local resources, by accessing on quality health services and access with governmental facilities;
- To improve the quality of life of poor and under-privileged people by introducing innovations in the field of health and sanitation; food; nutrition and the proper use of natural resources,
- To establish learning centres with accommodation facilities for destitute women and their children;
- Preserve the indigenous and traditional knowledge; skills; crafts and cultures of the people in Nepal,
- To develop programs to combat drug addiction and other harmful habits among the youth;
- To improve the quality education of Madarsa and increase the access of Muslim children for formal education;
- Produce supplementary reading materials; training manuals and books on various issues, and
- To promote the good governance aspect at grass root level.
